Originally conceived in 2002, ComTekk was the brainchild of Brian Williams, an electrical engineer with an extensive background in telecommunications and radio. Development of the ComTekk software suite began late 2003. ComTekk SINAD is the latest software tool for radio communications hobbyists and professionals.
